Considerations for strength and conditioning the preadolescent athlete SOCCER

Just finished a powerpoint presentation addressing coaching, training, or conditioning the young athlete (ages 5-12).  A couple of slides bias this presentation toward the sport of Soccer, but implications are applicable across the board.  Free for download without audio by clicking the following ====> youthsoccer

Or you could visit the presentation with audio commentary on my youtube channel by clicking HERE

Hope you enjoy the information I provide and continue to be patient as I find time to build information regarding strategies to preserve, enhance, and restore movement!  Thanks!

  1. With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog
has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created
myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without
my agreement. Do you know any techniques to help reduce
content from being stolen? I’d certainly appreciate it.

    1. The tricky thing about providing good information is often times I am not the exclusive source. I’ll say that a lot of info that I present isn’t exclusively from my own independent clinical trials but is more of a collection of concepts from multiple sources. I don’t know how to give you advice on how to limit plagiarism outside of requesting that it not be used. My thought and hope is that my information is shared to provide individuals with benefit and prevent injury. The more I am a victim of ‘plagiarism’ the more individuals I potentially am assisting.
