So after trying out several types and brands of water shoes I will have to conclude that i have found the best. At a price point of about $25 these generic brand shoes offer ported soles that allow for the quick dispersal of water that so often lingers in the shoe after entry and exit. These are the same shoes that are featured in the aquatic exercise videos on youtube and have lasted about 2 years in chlorinated water. Given they are on their last leg, I would have to say that they are by far the best water shoe for features at the price point. Click on the below picture to see the current price listing!

Hey all just posting to let you know I finished producing a compilation of hip exercises in the aquatic setting.
Hope you enjoy. I included mobility and strength exercises as well as speed work to address forward/backward, side to side, and rotation movements. All of the planes of motion available to the hip in just one video!
Here it is, more aquatic exercises for the foot and ankle! Moving the body through forward/backward, side to side, and rotation movement takes advantage of all available motion to the foot and ankle. This entire project is in hopes of sharing complex information in a simple manner. If I error on the side of simplicity then I apologize but it is my intent to empower the everyday individual with principles concerning movement in the body.
